Treniņu plāns pusmaratonam:
It is with regret that we announce the 2020 Movistar Medio Maratón de Madrid has been postponed from March 29th to October, 4th due to the health emergency – Covid-19 following the institutional decision from the Ayuntamiento de Madrid (local council).
The participants of the Movistar Medio Maraton de Madrid and the Carrera Profuturo (5km) would be able to run this year in the new date to be confirmed in autumn, or to change / upgrade the registration to 2021 or even 2022 edition (no extra cost or fee).
Side events and Expo also are postponed also to autumn.
In 2020 we celebrate our 20th birthday and we want to organize the best half marathon you’ve ever dreamed through the streets of the center of Madrid.
We keep the essence from the improved course of the last two editions and we’ll redesign the post finish area and awarding medals / supplies so that your experience as a participant is unbeatable.

Rudenī daudziem nu gan būs baigā dilemma, kur skriet, jo tie pasākumi, kas rudenī ieplānoti jau sākotnēji, nekur nepaliks. Maratonu orgi cīnīsies par cilvēkiem, jo daudz kas pārklāsies. :)
