Treniņu plāns maratonam:
On Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th October, the 34th edition of the Marathon Eindhoven takes place. Last edition was again a fantastic popular event. Over 24,000 participants stood at the start of the largest one-day sports event of the province of North Brabant on the second Sunday of October and they will be cheered on by the 200,000 spectators along the various courses.
This year the event takes place on 2 days for the fist time. On Saturday evening we will organise the 10K and the new run ‘5K4ALL’. This unique experience with darkness and lights gives the event a new dimension. With the ‘5K4ALL’ we invite all people to participate in an alternative way. For instance skates, hand bikes or Nordic Walking. On Sunday we have our main event the marathon as well as other distances.
