Treniņu plāns pusmaratonam:
The fourth annual edition of the Copenhagen Half Marathon will be commencing and finishing on Øster Allé, DK-2100 Copenhagen. The men’s and the women’s elite race begins concurrently with the mass participation race at the 11:15 am. The race will be staging the 2018 Danish National Half Marathon Championships.
21,244 participated in 2017. Capacity limit is 25,000.
Entry fee is 64 Euro incl. a Nike running T-shirt and finisher medal.
As of August 27, the entry fee increases to 71 Euro.
As the first race throughout the Nordic countries, the Copenhagen Half Marathon has been awarded the prestigious quality designation IAAF Gold Label by the International Association of Athletic Federations.
